This project aims to challenge the existing plan for Thamesmead Waterfront. Seeking to bring water back to Thamesmead, its vision is to coexist with water.

The project chose Thamesmead Waterfront, an undeveloped and private area, as the site to prevent flooding and connect the community to the water. As the water-orientated community forms, the project aims to explore how landscape can be changed by both human and nonhuman intervention over time.

Thamesmead Waterfront is a natural marina, and in the future, residents will be able to enjoy the water features and travel by canal.

The axonometric diagram of the site and the surrounding community in Thamesmead
